<-- I loved Pixar's Up for a lot of different reasons. Mostly, I loved it because of Carl & Ellie. Honestly.

  1. Half Priced Books... the store? If so, I LOVE that store!

  2. I really liked Lament when I read it. I haven't read any of your other books yet but I have heard good things about The Maze Runner. I read your review of Life in the Fat Lane and it doesn't look like something I'd like. The topic of weight has been covered in much better ways in other YA books thankfully. It is too bad that the book didn't fully develop the MC or explore her issues more. I hope you enjoy your other books much more.

  5. Is Half-Priced Books an online store? I also recommend Goodreads Swap program. I have gotten a ton of books that way!

  10. @Marie: Yes, I meant the store. I love it too!

    @naida: Thank you! You too :)

    @Christina T: I am really liking Lament so far. Maggie Stiefvater is very artistic when it comes to her writing, if that even makes sense?
    Personally, I found Life in Fat Lane very offensive. I think maybe it's just me? But I just couldn't understand what the author wanted to say. It was full of hatred and negativity for and about "fat" people. It's kind of sad.

    @Trillian: Yes, I have heard great things about it and the plot sure sounds interesting. I can't wait to read it too!

    @Heather: Haha you can use it for yours too :)

    @Julie P: Half Price books is a used bookstore. I do recommend BookDepository.com for cheaper books. I'll definitely check out Goodreads Swap program. Thank you for the heads up!

    @StephTheBookworm: It was! Kind of sad when youknowho dies, but I still liked it.

    @Juju: I adore it too, and thank you! Happy reading to you too!

    @Kathy Martin: Thank you! And yes, I liked A Tree Grows in Brooklyn as well. It's such a classic for me. Happy reading to you too!

    @Gaby: Up was awesome. Haha.
