Top Ten Picks topic this week!

Monday, May 3, 2010

First off, if you still want to list your favorite Young Adult novels, you can still do so over here. I had a really fun time posting that one up, and reading all of your lists as well.

For this week's Top Ten Picks, the topic is on our favorite love stories of all time. We can post love stories from, but not limited to books. Everyone is welcome to include love stories from films, plays, etc as well. I will be putting the post up on Wednesday, so I can't wait to hear from you then!
Generally though, what do you think about the meme? The topic? What would you like to see as a topic in the near future? Let me know. Suggestions, comments, and feedback are always welcome. Thanks everyone! :)

  3. I think this is a great topic for either a weekly feature (limited to your blog), or a meme that can be posted on other blogs as well.

  4. I enjoy your Top Ten, even though I could never come up with ten :-)

Hands down my favourite is The Notebook, both movie and book.

  5. Im going to enjoy this one but may sneak a couple of films in there. In terms of topics.....

    let me think

    top ten scary/thrillers
    childrens books
    heorines
    summer reads
    books of the last decade
    classics!
    crushes
    bad or good film adaptations
    book covers

In terms of the actual meme - I only like joining memes where I like reading what other people have done and I do really enjoy the other entrys in this one. Also because it changes every week its different.

  6. @Swimmer: Thank you! I'm glad you like it :) We've done best series for the meme's very first topic. You can see everything on the TopTenPicks on the navigation bar.

@Amber Skye: Yay, hopefully we can have you join us this week!

@Julie P: Thank you so much!

@Marce J: Thank you! I understand some have a really difficult time trying to pick just ten. Sometimes, I get really challenged myself. And I agree with you with The Notebook!

@Chris and Jess: OO00hh that's a long list of suggestions! Thank you! I especially liked the book covers idea, mostly because I have never thought of that!
Hope we can all see you both again for this week!
